1. What do I need for online tutoring? online Piano

We use a video platform such as Zoom for online tutoring.

We use MUZIE.LIVE for online Piano lessons. 

We have accounts with these platforms; the student doesn't need to purchase them.  

2. What would an online lesson look like?

Sessions are live, interactive video lessons. Through a video platform, students and tutor see and hear each other as they would in person. 

3. What school supplies do I need?

All you need is paper and a pencil. Your textbook is helpful but not required.

4. When are lessons held?

Lessons are arranged according to your schedule.

5. How do I pay?

E-transfer

6.  Do you teach in person?

Yes, in person lessons are also available for tutoring and piano.

We are very grateful to have discovered Paula as a certified RCM instructor in 2021.  Immediately it was obvious that she cares deeply about her students.  She sought to understand my son Cosmo’s interest in learning piano and how to best support his aspiration of becoming a composer.  With this appreciation she tailored a teaching plan to meet his needs considering his age (11) and lack of previous experience.  Cosmo quickly came to love his lessons with Paula and we soon referred her to 2 other friends who are now current students.  When Cosmo decided to apply for a regional arts program high school, Paula worked with Cosmo to set him up for success.  This included finding opportunities for Cosmo to perform his pieces for others and preparing him for the auditions.  Despite being a new music student, Cosmo was successful in both of his High School Regional Arts Program  applications and this is in large part to Paula’s preparations.  Cosmo is excited to continuing working with Paula to pursue his RCM certifications and enhance his overall educational journey.  Paula is the type of teacher that leaves a lasting positive influence in a student’s life and you will be thankful for the opportunity to work with her!
